[AT] Parts washer solution

I use stoddard solvent and hang a 5 gallon bucket with 1/4 holes drilled 
in it and full of kitty litter with an old rag for a liner.  Litter 
absorbs the oil and keeps solvent clean.  I have not changed solvent for 
several years, just add a little.
