[AT] Loose oil filter mount Oliver S55

I had the same problem with my Super 55 blowing the oil filter off. My  
tractor had an aluminum filter mount , that fit very loose. I bought an  Oliver 55 
diesel tractor for parts. That had a cast iron filter mount on it so I  
swapped it out. It worked great and the filter fits much better. So Oliver did  have 
2 types of filter mounts.
