I thought it was every 5 years.  I wonder if some needed years, you  
could just simply not remember all those expenses that would offset  
the meager income and eke out a bit of a profit.  Creative book  
keeping is an Uh Murrican tradition.

In any case, It will be time soon for me to learn the real and  
practical rules on this.
