There are some pretty good books out there on sandcasting from Lindsaybooks.com. If you like to read, you may try reading some of them so you know more about the process. I read one that even tells how to make your own furnace and do your own casting?if you are really adventurous. Knowing how the process works can help in chosing someone to do it for you. And you may end up being able to do part of the work yourself to keep the cost down.

I've had Titan parts made by Cattail Foundary here in PA.  They have a great 
reputation but they are Amish so I don't know how it will be to work with 
them from California.  I was able to drive there and talk with them
