I finally found the company that made the old cab we used to have.

 It is in Arlington IN on US 52 in Rush County IN. It looks like they
have been growing and have shifted production largely to compacts and
specialty stuff. I don't know if they still make the old stuff at all
or not. That one for the N series Ford and TO series Ferguson was
certainly a good one. I don't recall the brand but the one we had on a
110 HP Deere at the Garst research farm didn't impress me.
The ding-bats at the main office gave us (here in Central Indiana) a
cabless tractor and a canvas cab and the same week sent a regular cab
tractor to the center in NC... Did I mention that we winter plowed our
ground?
