Thats the same basic idea I have with my garden tractor cab in the 
winter. I took a chunk of dryer ducting and ran it back under the hood 
to the outlet inside the cab. The other end is attached to a section of 
the engines cooling ducts. I even installed a small damper to cut the 
heat when needed.
