No link to the forums on the ATIS home site that I am aware of. Try 
www.atis.net/forums

Forgive us if we have veered off-topic on some posts but since practically 
nobody wants to post over there, we just ramble along sometimes. That and 
since we can't start new threads....

One fellow has an interesting Oliver road grader project.
