[AT] OK, did somebody leave the list exhaust stack uncovered?

I've had them to lock up because of water on the cylinders but never to 
stick.  Pull the plugs, spin it over to blow the water out, put some 
kerosene or penetrating oil in the holes, spin it over a bit more, put the 
plugs back in and Bang, away she goes.
