Yep, Good old NYS taxes. Our prices here are also heavily impacted by what I
call the local delivery cartel that supplies the majority of stations in our
area.. For example, the local KwikFill here is charging $2.08 for RU, while
just to our south the Kwikfill in Binghamton NY is $1.89.
