[AT] Fuel prices

For those needing to cheer up here are some swedish prices unleaded
gas 4.85USD diesel 5.60 USD and this is the cheapest for a lot of
years. During this summer gas peaked at 6.50 USD at todays dollarrate,
with the dullar at that time it peaked at somewhere around 9 (nine!)
USD.
