[AT] 12-volt conversion (OT)

I have not converted my 48 Ford 8N to 12 volt (at least not yet), but 
the only reason I have for doing it is to get better headlights out of 
the change.  Otherwise, I am very happy with the 6 volt system. 
Starting (at least so far) has never been a problem on this tractor.
