Sorry this is backwards. K-Mart bailed Sears out and bought them about 3 or
4 years ago. I know as my wife has worked for K-Mart for 25 years. Sears was
in dire straights and K-Mart formerly Kresgees wanted to expand.

Dean Thank You.   Barbara just told me that Sears is really hurting because
they bought KMart a couple years ago.  Must have been on Fox TV because
there is not much in our local paper.    So Guys, they need our support;
also seriously mention this patriot point to your "primary purchasing
agent".   Herb
