	Dean, it looks to me to be a foot accelerator attachment... I blew it 
up 400% but still couldn't quite make out the name or the city. I 
believe you see the bottom of the pedal in the picture. I can't see it 
on any of the M or 400 series. Maybe an A, B or C??? Maybe not really 
even IHC? It does have an after-market look about it.
