[AT] Trucking a tractor back from Nova Scotia

I trailered a Deere D back across the Canada/USA border 2 years ago with no
problems. They just wanted to know for sure that it was my own tractor (I
wasn't hauling for hire) and that it was for my own keeping, not for
reselling. I carried a printed copy of the eBay page with me but I don't
think they asked to see it.

I did cross at one of the more rural crossings. Not by intention, it just
worked out that way.

The trailer was new, didn't even have plate for it yet, just the dealer
paperwork. They never even asked about that.

So I got a really great deal on a tractor on ebay. What issues are likely to
be encountered bringing it back to Wisconsin from Nova Scotia? What route's
recommended? Any suggestions? Way to do it cheap? Tractor may not roll real
well since the rear wheels are kinda cheesy (as in Swiss cheese).
