Probably.  But not as it is operating at the present. Eventually the oil 
companies will own the ethanol plants which would maybe be better than 
foreigners buying them up as they are doing or trying to do now.  Dig 
into wind energy if you are looking for WELFARE programs.  I would lots 
rather fly into greenhouse gasses than a darned windmill!  Our Iowa 
governor is trying to cover the whole state with those ugly things.
