[AJD] 5x6 bales

For those of you who are "real farmers" on the list.  What would be the range of weight for a 5 x 6 bale of hay.  I know there are different kinds of hay and probably a wide weight range.  If you were told the "my tractor lifted 5 x 6 bales two high and never strained at all" what would you think the minimum lift capacity of the loader might be?
