[AT] F-12 fuel pump long

I have had great luck with Ammonia and water. Ammonia will cut the varnish.

You have to remove all the brass and aluminum. Ammonia will attack non 
ferris metals. Place a hand full of screws in with the liquid and shake 
it around. Do not leave in overnight.
