John that looks like a nice project, im trying to get one similar to yours
up and running right. But right now I been mowing hay, sowing wheat,
disking, and all the other good stuff that needs to be done in this NICE
weather we are having.
Is the carb on yours brass or cast ? The one I have has a brass carb, and
is there a lift of any kind on it ?
This one here has a lift that could be made into a 3pt hitch with a little
work. I think that I want to keep it original, just use a small pull type
bush hog in a thorn patch. Since I wont have to worry about flat tires.
I dont think I got to bad a deal on the little tractor $200.
delivered. And we run it a little in between the trailer and the shed where
it is hiding until I get time to work on it some. Got it off an amish fella
that stopped by looking for H wheels and tires. I think all those old
Farmalls had the dual fuel,
in those days you could buy tractor fuel. But I think you would have a hard
time finding any of that anymore.
I just disconnect the small tank and run regular unleaded in the big tank,
same way with the F 20.
Any how you got a nice looking old tractor to play with
and the engines not stuck to bad by the sound of it.
If it has a lift on it would you shoot a few pictures of the lift for me ? I
am trying to find out what it is or if it is a rare option.
Thanks for posting the pic link it was good to see another 12 in old
clothes.
