Also, to "save" all those gems consider a third party freeware program 
mozbackup.  It will make a backup copy of all the needed info for 
various Mozilla software (works with Firefox, Thunderbird, Seamonkey).  
I use it to backup my "profile" in Seamonkey so I have a second copy of 
my saved emails as well as the settings I use.  No connection other than 
a satisfied customer.
