[AT] N.H. baler pick-pick up fingers

I've got a Super 66 New Holland baler that needs some of the pick up fingers 
replaced. I took a quick glance from underneath and I think you can pull off 
the cam roller and rotate the pipe they are mounted on and slide them out 
the side of the pickup. Probably have to unbolt them first. Am I right or 
will I have to be removing all the slats that go in between the fingers, the 
ones held in by 2 million flat head screws!
