[AT] Good bye!

Grant, Go to your local paint store and tell them you want some "direct to
metal water based Acrylic". I know that ICI Devoe and Sherwin Williams
have a good product in this line. I suspect most of the others do too. It
shouldn't cost you over $50 a gallon or so at most. It goes on thin and a
gallon will go a long ways.

Pressure wash the areas you want to paint over and maybe rough it up with
some very fine sand paper or steel wool. Try to paint it when you have a
couple of days to let it sit after you finish. This kind of paint drys
quickly but takes a while to get really hard and well bonded. It will give
you a real slick, shiny finish that will keep it's gloss for a long time.
We have started using this type paint instead of Epoxy on tanks, structural
steel, etc. It's good stuff.
It ICI Devoe product is Lifemaster Pro if I remember correctly.

If you need more info let me know.

Charlie
