     I will certainly second that . I have had the pleasure of spending some 
good times with Cecil. He is direly missed at Portland. I didn't have the 
pleasure of visiting his home, but was able to entertain him at my home one 
afternoon as he picked up a well cannibalized Allis C.
    I often see fond memories of that smiling compassionate face and that 
ornery Minnesota look in his eye when he knew he had put one over on us..
    One thing for certain, the hectic eastern life never took away any of 
his good character.
