[Farmall] broken easy out

Thanks for the input everyone.  I will stop by a machine shop that I have
contacts with and see what they may be able to help out with.  Keeping the
drill straight will be the biggest challenge.  I thought about heating it,
but was unsure being it also the transmission and full of oil naturally.

Todd is exactly on target.  I would add only that a carbide drill would 
be the next step.  If you can get one, keep in mind that the carbide 
will be in the Rc 90 range and will fracture even more easily that the 
easy out did.  You must be very gentile and avoid any interrupted cut.  
The full diameter of the drill should be in the metal.  In a pinch, a 
carbide tipped masonry bit might do the job.
