[Farmall] broken easy out

 I grind them flat with a hand grinder.

  If there is a considerable amount sticking up and I am dealing with a 
situation where the bolt merely corroded outside of the hole, I have dropped 
a nut over what is left and welded it. Sometimes I will heat up the bolt 
first and then let it cool before welding. I've heard there is a special 
welding rod for this.
