[Farmall] Broken bolt/easy out

Thanks to everyone for concurring on the need of a cobalt drill bit.  I have
successfully removed the bolt and re-tapped the threads.  And of course the
offer of use of tools if needed.

Lesson learned, drill the thing out and rethread it and be done with it.
