Funny thing, Dave, the sites he cites, if true, prove he's wrong.  He looks
more like Walt with every post.  I wonder if he'll ever understand?
Probably not.  :-(  I don't care how badly misinformed he is.  What I object
to is his trying to misinform others about wind chill by drawing false
conclusions.

Getting back to the origin of this thread... in spite of what "Walt" thinks,
the wind can never cause the oil in the engine or the water in a closed
radiator to be colder than the ambient air.
