[AT] Mud or dust?

It's been dry here in coastal NC all summer until this past week.  I think 
most everyone here has had some rain now.  Unfortunately it's too late for 
the corn crop in many areas.  Our rain has been spotty from thunder storms 
with no wide spread rain events.  Some folks are ok, others are in drought 
conditions.
