Tim, There's a John Deere 48 inch mower deck on eBay today, "buy it now"  
price $550. Item number # 150135753665, I don't know if that's a good price or  
not. (I have no connection with it.)

Hi,
Does anyone know of a site for  replacement mower deck.  I have a 1989 
John Deere 265.  The  tractor has about 750 hours and is in good shape, but 
the deck is  worn.  I was told that one can find replacement decks online, 
but have  not found such a site.  Anyone have any ideas?
