[AT] Add-on hydraulics and power steering?

Late 50/s and early 60's GM cars and some forklifts had a ower steering 
pump that ran off of the generator. I put one of these on an LA Case a 
long time ago with a power steering cylinder off of a Ford car.  Had to 
shorten the steering pitman arm for it to work, but it worked.
