It depends a lot on what options you used on install of the operating 
system and any word processing programs. The other end of it is how the 
senders machine has been configured to send text and which font is used.

Actually the font that is usually asked to install is already on most 
peoples machines anyway and even if it isn't it is a small install if 
you don't want to keep seeing the request.

IT IS NOT A VIRUS / BUG. just a difference in preferences.
