[Farmall] f-20 decals

The F-20 goes above the Farmall. On the RH side the F-20 is always centered  
above the Farmall. On the LH side on early tractors it is also centered. On 
the  later tractors with variable speed governor the Farmall goes right up next 
to  the fuel filler neck and the F-20 goes to the front of the neck. The 
"always  close both needle valves" goes to the rear of the filler neck. I can send 
you  photos of some original unrestored tractors to show how they go if you  
like.
