[Farmall] Generator/regulator update; and now what??

1. Drill hole in center of broken off stud.
  2. Soak penetrating oil on broken off stud.
  3. Use EZ-OUT twisting counterclockwise.
  4. Clean out threads and reinstall with new bolt/stud.
