[Farmall] 660 Hydraulics

I am sort of looking at a 660 as a far off future purchase and would like 
some information.  The seller says the hydraulics don't work.  That is all I 
know.  Any ideas where to start looking to find what is wrong?  My thought 
is a relief valve stuck somewhere or something but this is pretty foreign to 
me.

While I'm at it...   Anybody got any thoughts on what one in decent shape is 
worth?
