Yes, I should of hit the "6" key instead of the "7" key and, more
importantly, should of proof read what I typed.  But, even with a 6" stroke
it's still a big engine.

   You are pretty close the Case LA was 403 CID 6 in stroke 4 5/8  bore 4
7/8
if high altitude engine.
They ran around 50 to 60 Draw bar HP depending on fuel used. The LP being
about the highest compression at nearly 8 to 1.

My wife told me I can bid on it if I can get my ex SIL to pick it up for
me.
He lives just north of Kansas in Nebraska. Ol'Rog country.
