   You are pretty close the Case LA was 403 CID 6 in stroke 4 5/8  bore 4 7/8 
if high altitude engine.  
They ran around 50 to 60 Draw bar HP depending on fuel used. The LP being  
about the highest compression at nearly 8 to 1.
 
My wife told me I can bid on it if I can get my ex SIL to pick it up for  me.
