[AT] Cub Cadet 129

Just bought a 129 in decent shape, less owner's manual.

Since I have a 128, I know most of the tractor, but I'm wondering about
the release lever on the hydro to let you move the tractor around.

On this one, the lever only moves a few degrees, and doesn't lock in the 
released position.
I'm afraid to force it any further.

Is it supposed to latch in freewheeling position?

There is a cryptic instruction by the lever, "Do Not Tow".
Does that apply in freewheeling position too?
How about a short distance to get it back dead to the garage etc?

I assume it takes Hytran...?
