[AJD] complete field service bulletins

  I have my copy of Duane Larson's Service Bulletins that I purchased from him directly.  I don't have a use for all these bulletins anymore.  They are a terrific reference and fill up 2 - 2" binders.  I wanted to offer them to this list and maybe the other list before proceeding further.  Seems a crime to put them on Ebay like the rest of my literature and manuals.  If anyone wants them, I paid Duane $200 for them a couple years ago.  Make me a best reasonable offer if you can use them.
