[Steam-engine] Need boiler inspector in GA for Altman Taylor

Steve, hopefully the buyer knew about these issues
when he bought the engine and priced it accordingly. 
The things that you have written about are significant
issues.  Instead of looking for a state boiler
inspector I suggest that you look for a boiler repair
shop.  The people at the shop can look at the boiler
and recommend the needed repair.  If you need help
locating a good boiler shop write back to this list. 
I'm sure that some of us will have suggestions.  It
would be a bad idea to build a fire in this boiler
before a knowledgeable person has a chance to take a
look at it.
