Andy,
I might be wrong, but seems like Harold Starke can work on gauges too.

Subject: [Steam-engine] Gauge adjustment.

I have a good 350 lb traction engine gauge. The hand has been set to be
correct at 100psi. While the gauge is correct at 100 it is off by quite a
bit at the bottom of the range. There is about 15psi before the needle
moved off of the pin. Who should I contact about adjusting the gauge so
that is is more accurate at lowere pressure?
