[AT] tractor fuel efficiency

Hi Len
Actually its closer to $3 per gal, last fuel I bought was .74 cents per
litre ($3.33)? Wow, thats worse than I realized.
I'm pulling 28 feet and depending on field conditions like to do a hundred
acres in an ordinary day. At least ten acres per hour. Trouble is most of
the fields have so much water in the low spots that I rarely drive in a
straight line for more than a minute, its all turning.
Its not so much a gamble this spring. We pretty well know our crops will not
cover the input costs. Makes me wonder why we keep planting. I'm hearing
there are some landlords looking for renters and having no luck. Even at $10
per acre rent.

Couple of pictures I took yesterday seeding flax.
