Now I have the follow up question. I have looked at the cam and it
appears to be OK. How can I tell if it should be reground, anything that I
would stand out that I should look for? Really green in this area since
this is my first complete engine rebuild..

followers. Several have indentations worn into the follower face and two
have slight rust pits. Can these followers be refaced? Can it be done with

cam followers. Several have indentations worn into the follower face and two
have slight rust pits. Can these followers be refaced? Can
it be done with emery paper or best left to a machinist? Your
advise would be appreciated
