H.L.,

I can't tell if it's hooey, snake oil, or malarkey... because they are so
similar.  New or revolutionary it definitely isn't.  It's just simple
electrolysis that requires adding more energy input than the useful fuel it
supposedly produces.  Why not just use the input energy directly and
increase efficiency.  Since it would be less it really would be better for
the environment.  Same logic applies to this that applies to the foolish
quest for abundant hydrogen fuel.
