Adding power to the field of a A circuit gen won't do didly squat about
speeding it up.. A-circuit gennies field's are internally hot, and need
field ground. B circuit gennies have an internally grounded field, and thus
need field curent... Adding the bat line to the field on a b-circuit would
indeed speed up the B circuit genny. ( if it is good and will motor ).
