The insurance premium went from $200 a year to $735 for the Tod Engine
Foundation this year. The increase was due to a change on the policy from
covering a "club owning vacant land" to "repair and restoration of
machinery". We do not have any set open hours as of yet for the museum
since its not completed but its still a great deal compared to Terry's 19
grand. However we have 3/4 acre and no operating steam.
