Greg,

You need to know what ohm antenna lead you have on the built in antenna. 
With that knowledge you could most likely get an adapter from some one like 
Radio Shack that would let you connect the 75 ohm cable.  Then all you would 
need to do is take the case off the radio and connect the adapter to the 
leads from the built in antenna to the radio chassis.  It shouldn't be hard 
to do.

Some one on the list is bound to know more about this than I do so I'll shut 
up.  However there is a simple device that is used to adapt modern TV cable 
to older TV sets.  I suspect it would work for you.
