[AT] tractor related old expression

While we are at the subject of old sayings here is one that is tractor
related that my Dad often used in certain conditions. That tractor (insert
appropriate make here) wouldn't pull the hat off your head. I think he used
it in reference to the Cockshutt 40 when trying to push the v snow plow in
winter. Compared to the 50 with the big 18.4x34 tires and extra weight, the
40 did seem pretty helpless in deep snow or on ice.
