[AT] Northern Tool Sale - Left Hand drills

$2500 used to be the going rate around here too. There are a lot of small
shops who have closed up in the past 5 years around here and machinery is
plentiful and cheap as a result. I have a 15hp rotary converter in my shop
that I built with the help of a friend in the motor repair business. A
farmer friends down the street has a 2 or 3 hp Wells Index mill he got at a
factory closing nearby and it is a nice machine. I got him some bearings and
such to rebuild it.

out. I have a smaller Index, but want a larger mill.

recently online for $100 for a 3 hp Bridgeport for a friend. I have 2 phase
converters running at a total cost of under $25 each. I bought 21 3P motors
at a farm auction for $20. and 18 of them ran without any modifications or
repairs--3 to 25 HP. Phase converters are east to do--I do use rotary
converters as I have never been happy with static converters.
