[Farmall] PTO Wobble

You didn't mention what model the tractor is, but the same answers would 
apply to most of them.  the first thing to think about, is does it have 
a pulley or something similar on it that may be bent or wobbling rather 
than the shaft  Also is there an adapter, such as overrunning clutch 
that may be wobbling.  If none of those cover it, the next thing would 
be to take hold of the shaft and see if you can move it up and down, or 
side to side, which would indicate a bad bearing.  If none of those 
cover it you may have a bent shat, but that is unusual.  If the shaft is 
bent, you can probably obtain a replacement form a used parts/ salvage 
yard.  I use www.jptractorsalvage.com which is in southern Mo. and a 
good place to deal with.  Another option would be to get it straightened 
at a machine/welding shop.
