[AT] OT - using pitchfork

There is tang on the top of the metal fork just hold the metal piece by  your 
lrft hand and tap the forks right next to the handle it slowly start to  move 
then come flying out. Your new handle should already have the metal end  
piece around it. Look for one that has been bent at the end not carved to shape  
it.
