[AJD] Delay in messages

Spencer,
Thanks for the explanation.  This is the first time it has been explained 
this way and I understand.  I have sent an email to my ISP this afternoon 
asking how they handle email associated with a list.  Not that I can affect 
Comcast, but at least I will know the source of the problem.  It goes 
through spells where list messages are delayed a day, and other times they 
come in a few minutes.
